About this app

mSignal360 is a professional documentation, event-diary, and traceability application for authorized users in screening-related workflows. Built for the people who run screening operations — not for consumers, not for patients, not for personal health tracking. For trained professionals operating in laboratories, occupational health programs, institutional deployments, field-screening operations, and any environment where the audit trail is not negotiable.

What mSignal360 does
mSignal360 records documentation data such as timestamp information, GPS/location metadata where permission is granted, user/session references, and device or test-reference information where applicable. Any medical interpretation, confirmation, reporting obligation, follow-up action, consultation, or clinical decision takes place outside the app and remains subject to the applicable professional, institutional, laboratory, or clinical workflow.

Escalate
Select one record or a hundred. Choose the institutional destination. Route. Done. mSignal360's Escalate function lets authorized users select pending records — individually or in bulk — and route them to a chosen institutional workflow. Single-select for targeted routing. Bulk-select for batch handoff. Every routing action timestamped, confirmed, and captured in the audit trail.

Record Log
Every captured event lives in the Record Log. Browse mTest Records, add Entries — supporting documents, batch references, operator certifications, chain of custody records, site authorizations — and attach Annotations to flag device repositioning, storage condition notes, operator changes, location variances, or any event-level context an auditor would need. The Record Log is the complete picture of what happened, when it happened, who recorded it, and where it went.

Sessions
Upcoming, pending, and completed screening sessions — all tracked and accessible. Scheduled sessions visible before the day begins. Completed sessions archived with their full record sets. Nothing lost between the field and the institution.

mTests
A built-in reference catalogue of available mTest panels — what each panel screens for, which biomarkers it covers, which cassette reference it maps to. Informational only. The mReader identifies the panel automatically from the inserted cassette. The catalogue is there when the operator needs to confirm what they're working with.

Access
mSignal360 is access-controlled. Accounts are provisioned by MOHE BioTech or by the authorized Client Organization. The app is not available for open consumer download. If you are an institutional or organizational user seeking access, contact MOHE BioTech directly for onboarding.

What mSignal360 does not do
mSignal360 does not perform medical analysis, laboratory analysis, diagnosis, disease detection, treatment recommendation, or automated clinical decision-making. The app does not provide consultation, teleconsultation, or triage. It does not connect users to clinicians or care pathways. Any medical interpretation, reporting obligation, follow-up action, or clinical decision takes place outside the app and remains subject to the applicable professional, institutional, laboratory, or clinical workflow.

The Signal. Recorded.
Audit-grade documentation for screening professionals.
