It is quite difficult to navigate the mobile app in comparison with MyFedLoan. The website interface isn't any better. Needs improvement on user friendliness and ease of navigation. The app freezes up and crashes constantly, too. Some links will redirect you to the actual website, which is a moot point for having an app. The app should be a simple one-stop shop.

I literally can't wait to delete this app. I made my "final" payment for my principal 3 days ago. The total remaining have been fluctuating for 3 days while my payment was pending. Yesterday I would've only had maybe $0.20 in interest to pay. Today after my payment went through it jumped to $1.29. Looking kinda scammy there. Can't even imagine how bad some of the same issues some folks are having.

So rare that an app has better UI than a website. I love that the notifications actually clear here. However I wish important "pending" items were front and center on the app and matched the website. For example I filled out an auto debit form with my bank account info online weeks ago, but it must be pending because I had to add the bank info again on the app.
