Drivers are not only the ones who carry out the transport, but also the important link connecting the transport service system and the end-customer experience. Asia Environment considers the driver force as "Companions", and at the same time, the factor that creates professionalism, safety and efficiency in the collection and transportation of goods, raw materials/fuels, waste, etc. in the environmental industry, contributing to the quality of service for customers.
MTAC Driver - Companion Application is built to digitize all transport activities from the driver's perspective - becoming "Companions" with drivers in the collection and transportation process, supporting easy and quick operations, helping the collection and transportation to take place smoothly, with transparent information, saving time and improving efficiency.
Core features of the application:
1. Track and update assigned trips: Manage the entire list of assigned collection trips; clearly displays time, route, destination - departure, type of waste/goods, ... to help drivers grasp accurate and timely information.
2. Proactively enter and confirm actual data: drivers can update the collection volume, type of goods, actual collection photos, delivery/document photos, ... directly on the application, ensuring transparency, accuracy and minimizing manual work, document errors.
3. Store activity history & statistics: The system automatically saves the history of trips made, helping drivers easily check, review routes and evaluate collection efficiency.
4. Accumulate points and entertaining Minigames: create motivation to connect with light games to help drivers relieve pressure after working hours and increase engagement with Asia Environment.
5. Other chat and interaction features, news updates, labor safety instructions, regulations, procedures during the collection process, training on waste - environment - labor safety - traffic safety, ...
