Ginzii POS (pronounced Gin-see) is a POS system specifically designed for Thai restaurants. It replaces traditional cash registers and order books, and runs on existing Android mobile phones and tablets. No computer expertise is required to run your business.

Suitable for:
- Restaurants serving made-to-order dishes, noodles, Hainanese chicken rice, som tum, and other single-serving meals.
- Buffet restaurants, BBQ, shabu-shabu, and those charging per person.
- Cafes, coffee shops, beverage shops, and bakeries.

Features: Fast and accurate order taking
- Order from a menu with pictures, clearly categorized.
- Select tables, create bills, add/remove quantities, and add notes for the kitchen.
- Send orders directly to the kitchen; no need to manually inform them.

Restaurant-wide table management:
- Live table layout updated simultaneously on all devices.
- See which tables are available, which are currently occupied, and the current bill amount.
- Move tables, combine bills, and split bills.

Clear kitchen order information (KDS):
- Kitchen screen displays task lists in order.
- Change order status: In progress - Completed - Served.

Customer ordering via QR code at table:
- Customers scan the QR code at their table and order from their mobile phones; no app download required.
- Orders are immediately sent to the kitchen and table bill, reducing the need for order takers during peak hours.

Payment and receipt issuance:
- Accepts cash, PromptPay, QR code, and cards.
- Each receipt has a unique number for easy verification.
- Supports simplified tax invoices for VAT-registered businesses.
- Print receipts and kitchen orders via Bluetooth, USB, LAN thermal printers and Ginzii Printer Service.

Staff and shift management:
- Clock in and out in the app.
- Open/close shifts, count cash in the drawer, identify shortages or surpluses.
- Separate access rights by role: cashier, server, kitchen staff, branch manager.
- Cancel bills require a reason, and allow review of who did what.

Sales tracking anytime, anywhere:
- Summarize sales by date range.
- Identify best-selling menu items and peak hours.
- View past bill history in the app.

Connects to back-end system:
- Manage menus, categories, and prices from a single location.
- Supports multiple branches and employees. (Quantity depends on the store's license)
- Data automatically syncs with pos.ginzii.com. Compatible with both app and computer.
