FILTER STATUS
Molekule Air comes with two filters: a Pre-Filter and a PECO-Filter. The app lets you track the status of your device’s filters, so you know when it’s time to replace them.

I have 2 mini plus devices. First one I got connected, things worked, was notified to change the filter, had one ready, changed it and am stuck at all flashing red lights no matter what I do. Second device I can't get to connect to wifi without the flashing red lights. I can at least reset this one and try again, even spent $80 ish on a new filter to try. Worse because I keep trying. The price point is too high for something that breaks this easy. 2 stars because it is a nice design.

For a long time now I have been unable to get my Air Mini + purifier to connect to the app to get the stats of Air Quality, Filter%, and to change the settings of my purifier speed without having to walk over to the unit. It constantly sat on the screen with a rotating circle after I entered my WiFi password. I FINALLY decided to "Clear Cache", "Clear Data", and then Log In again. This FINALLY restored app functionality. I hope this helps anyone who had the same issues with their mobile app! 🫶

*Update 8/24 - I updated to the new app and was able to finally reconnect to the machine. Being able to adjust my dark mode schedule and see the filter status was a relief. Bumped to 3 stars and if it continues to work it'll be a 5!* Great device. Poor app. Same issues as most users. It only connects occasionally. I've been able to control the device through this app maybe three times in the year I've had it. Can't even remember the last time it worked. Disappointing.
