i use this app for work, now i need to buy a new tool that was expensive to begin with. tool still works but not the app. i hope admins fix this

App not intuitive at all! Connected to the camera just fine, then, well, I'm waiting, glad I'm connected to the camera and have all the stats, but guess what? No picture, no image, no way to turn on! 5+ stars on the frustrating scale! Will I get to use my new borescope? Who knows?who cares? I know some that dont care, the developers for this app! Well I deleted the app and reloaded it. Guess what? Pop! Image from my borescope. Think they could label it in big bright letters, delete and re-enter?

Saved videos can only be watched through the app. I can't find them in my Gallery. Even when I search for the file name with File Manager, the video files can't be found. So I can't share / forward the video.
