We used it for maybe 10 minutes, and spent 9 of those 10 continually connecting and reconnecting. When it did work, it was barely frame per second, and constant freezing/lagging. Not sure if I need to hold my phone to my face, but it was maybe 2-3 feet we asked it to broadcast, so not sure if it's just lousy hardware, poor software, or both, but save yourself the hassles and troubles and just return it.

Not sure why others are having a problem, it worked fine for me the very first time. We have a cat with an ear polyp who is prone to wax buildup and infection so I got this from Amazon to keep tabs on his condition and try to ward off vet visits with early intervention. We practiced on each other and could see really well but it was harder with him and all his hair, we need to practice everyday, I think, so we both get used to it. Pretty nice little device and the dl was smooth.

Keeps freezing, then crashing and going back to the main menu. I attempted to clear the cache and data from it and reload it, but after a few minutes does the same thing. Being I see there's been no new releases or updates sense mid-December 2024 I'm wondering if this app is now orphaned/abandoned.
