I've had this installed in my vehicle for about a year now. It took me a while to figure out how to get the WI-FI to connect and actually pull up the gallery but I figured it out. The problem is that I can't view the gallery without being in the car! What the heck?! This isn't very helpful when I want to review footage on my computer. AND I can't install the app. on my computer! I paid over $750 to have this installed and I wish you could fix the app because it's not great. Thanks.

Good camera quality however I have to consistently reconnect in order to get access to the camera footage. The app doesn't work most of the time, which affects real time recording when you need it. More than disappointing considering how much the camera costs.

Camera quality and audio are great, positioning is easy and installation was rather straight forward. App is a pain to use and often has issues connecting to dash cam, I found the best way to ensure a connection is to connect using the WiFi outside the app, then once connected go into the app to access recordings. Once connected though the app has a habit of dropping your connection so you might have to reconnect frequently. Fix the app and this is a great dash cam.
