App does not give push notifications, even though those are turned on. I cannot save photos to my phone easily, and there is no way to view updates by category (photos, videos, sleep, etc). I wish it was more user friendly and had functionality more in line with the previous app used for updates.

Terrible vs Brightwheel! Half the time we are unable to check our kids in/out. Sending messages doesn't just go to an assigned teacher (or all), you have to know who to send it to, but if the teacher is out or they have a new one they're not going to get the message. If you are able to even send/receive a message (what pin?), the other parent is not included & in dark. Sometimes I get a checkbox on the computer version to include other parent but that's also not consistent.

Buggy, noticeable downgrade from the previous communication service that BK used (Brightwheel). Notifications don't come through, billing fields don't populate correctly, messaging is less streamlined and doesn't show responses that your spouse makes to the facility. Not very satisfied with this app, needs a lot of work/optimization
