About this app

AVA is Monarch Design Group's internal mobile workspace for staying connected to projects, people, communications, and client activity from Android devices.

The Android app connects to Monarch's live online AVA platform, so team members use the same cloud-backed records as the web, iOS, Windows, and Mac versions. AVA does not create a separate local company database on the device.

Key capabilities include:

- Mobile home dashboard for priorities, unread messages, tasks, projects, and recent activity.
- Directory access for Monarch team members, clients, companies, subconsultants, and contractors.
- Business-card scanning with camera OCR and QR code support.
- User profile and team information.
- Project and field-mode quick views.
- Client portal activity, document requests, notes, and uploaded files.
- Native notifications that can open the relevant AVA item.

AVA is intended for authorized Monarch Design Group users and invited collaborators. Access requires a valid AVA account.
