How to Register

For Existing Monarch Account Holders without previous app usage:

- Download the Monarch Mobile App.
- Click on the “Register” icon.
- Enter your Monarch MFB account number
- Enter OTP sent to your registered phone number.
- Click Register.
- Follow the prompts to generate your secure transaction PIN and password.

For Existing Monarch Account Holders with previous app usage:

- Download the Monarch Mobile App.
- Enter your username and password
- Enter OTP sent to your registered phone number.
- Click Login.

For New Users (Opening a New Account):

- Download the Monarch Mobile App.
- Click the “Open an account” icon.
- Follow the simple prompts to complete your account creation and start banking immediately.
