Slow, not a very attractive app, considering the rest of the casino is super nice. Online slot contest is slow and gets stuck sometimes of zoomed in to the wrong area (the spots that are moveable or zoomaable go out of the screen). Slow. The events going on seem to be erased or bit visible on the day of that event. No access to several options available on the app. Like betting on the games.

As others say, the app is junk. Very difficult to use. Hard to sign in. Easy to accidentally sign out. Randomly says your card isn't linked until you force close and login again. Bottom bar doesn't work until you figure out you have to double click the icons for some reason.... Constantly shows all the information for me to create an account and link my players card while at the same time showing me as logged in and cards linked, yet I can't get to my player info. Very silly and a waste of time.

I was able to access the App with no issues until I upgrades my phone to a Galaxy 24 in Feb 24. Now when I attempt to open it the Monarch logo comes up and it freezes at that point, and locks my phone up for about 30 seconds. I The App is now useless!
