Even easier and faster to pick up your parcels at a Locker! Armed with the Mondial Relay app, open your locker remotely with your smartphone and let the magic happen... Ta-da! The door opens and your parcel is ready to be collected. A feature that really makes you smile ;)
As an alternative to remote opening, the QR code and collection code are still available for picking up a parcel.

Want to treat a loved one? Whether it's for a birthday or a forgotten item, don't panic! You can purchase your labels directly from the "Send" tab of the app, starting at just €3.59. And good news: home delivery is now available throughout France. You can also send a parcel without a label, simply by dropping it off in a Locker using a QR code. No need for a printer; sending parcels has never been easier!

Is one of the parcels you're expecting not showing up in your app? Don't panic, you can add it to your tracking by clicking "+" and entering its tracking number.

The choice is yours! Enter up to 5 email addresses and/or up to 5 mobile numbers securely in your profile. This allows you to track and collect additional packages: yours and those of your loved ones. Adding or removing an email address or mobile number is just a click away!
