Mondrian is Bentec Curitiba's management system for custom-made, planned furniture. It brings together, in one place, the entire store workflow — from the first contact with the client to delivery and technical assistance.

Aimed at the team (consultants, management, production, delivery, assembly, and assistance), the application provides quick access to daily operations directly from their mobile phones.

Main features:

• Clients and projects — complete registration, project sheet, budgets, and contracts.

• Schedule and works — scheduling of deliveries, assembly, and technical assistance with photos and stages.

• Technical assistance — opening of service requests, field monitoring, and history per client.

• Logistics and assembly — team organization, routes, and real-time status.

• Communication — internal chat between the team and channel with the client.

• Finance — accounts payable, commissions, and reimbursements.

• Marketing — planning and monitoring of social media.

Restricted access by login: each user sees only what corresponds to their function. Data is transmitted in encrypted form.
