The time u want to send money most of the time app gives problem.. Sometimes freezes.. Sometimes u made a transection and go to pay... system does not except it

The app keeps closing. Very annoying and frustrating. I can't even get past the part that says 'transfer money in 4 steps' to get to the part to transfer money!

I use moneygram regularly and I understand now it is being upgraded and is temporarily unavailable, it has been days and still no further notice to when it will be available. How long will it still take for the updates, it is important that I send money and I can't use any other app. So far moneygram has been great for my experience, thank you!
