Please don't use this app, there are plenty options there. The customer support of this app is worst. I've mailed them 2 weeks ago and no replies and then sent multiple emails after that to close all accounts as I don't like there services but no reply. Also after sign in, I got the limits and all but I didn't use them because if the customer support is like this then anyone should be worried. Also after sign in, my message app is filled with creepy loan apps with http link.

using this app for the very last time.i changed the beneficiary account but they transferred to the same account. I raised a ticket for the same and was assured that the amount will be transferred to the correct account but nothing happened and the app now says that no ticket is open and now I am sent the bill that I have to repay the loan which I did not even receive. just amazing

The application shows a pre-approved credit limit of 15000 and when I click on activate it shows evaluating and comes back to the same page. Can anyone help. edit...there is no response from the link you sent. it opens in FB messenger and then no one replies.sent and email thrice and everytime get a 48 hour TAT but no proper response. you don't even have an helpline. so disgusting.
