Monimoto - smart alarm for motorcycles - configuration&control app.
Monimoto gives riders and owners peace of mind when the bike is away and might be stolen. In case of alarm, Monimoto calls the owner and pushes a notification with GPS or GSM location and other data to the app.

There is no negative thing I could say, I love the product and the knowledge that the device will alarm if there is anything about the motorcycle, keeps me calm. It never gave me false alarms and I receive the notification so quick every times. The main positive thing, that it calls you, to get your attention and it is not too expensive. The staff is so kind and helpful. They responded me in few minutes, while at other support teams you must wait weeks or more and often they do not reply. Just keep up your work!

I think this device and app have a lot of potential, but the app experience has been pretty poor for me. It was difficult to get things working, and when I sent a message to support, I got a notification the next day that my message had been replied to, but when I tapped the notification it just brought me to the main page of the app, so I never saw the reply. There is no way to access previous support conversations in the app that I have seen, and nothing was sent to my email.

The app seems to be bugging out for the 1st time. It's showing the location of my device close to somewhere I haven't been in a week. Even then it's way off of the path I had taken. I had to rush downstairs just to double check it wasn't stolen. I tried doing a connection test and now it's showing my vehicle close to a location I passed by last night. I'm hoping that this gets rectified soon in case it does get stolen Edit: After a 2nd connection test the accuracy seems to be back to normal
