I think this device and app have a lot of potential, but the app experience has been pretty poor for me. It was difficult to get things working, and when I sent a message to support, I got a notification the next day that my message had been replied to, but when I tapped the notification it just brought me to the main page of the app, so I never saw the reply. There is no way to access previous support conversations in the app that I have seen, and nothing was sent to my email.

I'm a new user and I did have a little trouble getting the app to pair with the tracker, but I was able to get help very quickly by emailing the support email address. I tested the tracker according to the instructions in the user's manual (google search that to find it) and it appears to work as advertised.

So far it's a two, and that's assuming I will get support. App is buggy. Message us option, after app restart, has for no reason relocated out of Help section to a second (why two?), almost empty Settings screen that you can only come across by accident (Device menu, top-right side profile icon that doesn't take you to profile, About section). Device is not connecting to GSM network and is thus so far quite useless. 10 minute setup is very far from true in my experience.
