About this app

With the Moniplat app, you can efficiently perform inspection work with just a smartphone, such as entering the results of regular inspections of equipment, viewing past inspection results, and requesting approval from superiors. In addition to regular inspections, if you use the condition-based inspection (CBM) service, you can centrally manage CBM.
In addition, various registrations such as equipment registration and setting of inspection items for each equipment must be performed from the WEB version of MONiPLAT.

Main functions/features

■ Inspection record and confirmation
Daily and periodic inspections can be easily performed on-site from a smartphone. Quantitative and qualitative items can be recorded and automatically reported. Visual data such as images taken with a smartphone can also be attached to records and reports.

■ Sharing inspection records
The results of daily inspections and periodic inspections are centrally managed on the cloud, so information can be shared among related parties regardless of location, such as the site or office. Also, if you have installed the CBM service, you can check the status of the equipment from this application.

■ Approval function
Detailed settings such as primary approver and secondary approver settings can be made, and approval requests can be made from the inspection site. Notification of approval results will also be automatically delivered to the registered email address.

■ Schedule display function
By registering schedules for periodic and daily inspections of equipment on the WEB version of MONiPLAT, the inspections that must be performed on the day and the inspection schedule for the week will be displayed on the top screen of this application. In addition, unreported inspections are also displayed together, so you can prevent inspection omissions and forgetting to report.

■ Data management
Past inspection records are centrally managed and stored in the cloud, making it easy to search and confirm past reports. In addition, for quantitative indicators, inspection results are automatically graphed, so past trends can be visualized.

■ User invitation
MONiPLAT has a fee structure according to the number of registered facilities for inspection management, and there is no limit to the number of users. Therefore, it is possible to easily invite and use the users necessary for facility management. In addition, user invitation must be done from the WEB version of MONiPLAT.
