About this app
MonoDispatch is the driver app for carriers and dispatch companies that run
their operations on the MonoDispatch platform. Credentials are issued by your
carrier or by your dispatcher, so there is no public sign-up: you sign in with
the username and unit number you were given.
Everything a driver needs on the road, in one place:
Load offers. See the loads your dispatcher sends you with rate, miles, pickup
and delivery windows. Accept, decline, or send a counter-offer without a phone
call.
Your active load. Pickup and delivery stops, contacts, and reference numbers,
with status updates as the load moves.
Dispatch chat. A thread per load, so questions about an address or a detention
stay attached to the load they belong to instead of getting lost in text
messages.
Documents. Photograph the bill of lading and proof of delivery from the load
screen, or upload from your phone. Your compliance documents are visible in one
list with their expiry dates.
Location sharing. While it is on, your dispatch team can see your last reported
position and keep customers updated without calling you for a check call. You
control the switch: turn it off any time you are not on an active load. During a
load it stays on until the load is complete, because reporting position is part
of running that load.
