Turn notes, photos, PDFs, and spreadsheets into flashcards you can speak and hear.

VoiceCards gives you two simple ways to study. In Speak mode, say your answer and check it against the card. In Listen mode, hear the question and answer in order without touching the screen.

Start without signing in. Free accounts and device-only users can keep up to 3 decks. Connect Google later if you want to back up decks to Google Drive, edit them in Google Sheets, or continue on another device.


SPEAK YOUR ANSWERS

Use your device's speech recognition to capture an answer, then run a standard text check. For longer or open-ended answers, optional AI grading can evaluate the meaning and suggest a clearer response. AI grading uses credits.


LISTEN HANDS-FREE

Listen mode plays each question, waits, reads the answer, and moves to the next card. Choose separate voices and speeds for each side, change the pause before the answer, shuffle the deck, or repeat only bookmarked cards.

Playback can continue with the screen locked while you have credits or an active listening period from a credit pack. With the app open, cards can still use your device's built-in voice at zero credits.

PRACTICE WHAT NEEDS WORK

Bookmark difficult cards or mark answers right and wrong as you study. Focus order puts cards you have practiced less or missed more often near the front. You can also build a separate Focus deck from hard and bookmarked cards.

Set a speaking or listening target for each deck and check your daily, weekly, and monthly activity in Analytics.


YOUR DECKS, YOUR STORAGE CHOICE

Decks made without signing in are saved on this device. They can be lost if you delete the app or lose the device.

Decks connected to Google are saved in your Google Drive as Google Sheets. You can edit those sheets on the web and use the decks on another device. VoiceCards only requests access to files it creates or that you select.


CREDITS

Credits are used to create premium audio, generate cards with AI, and run AI grading. Premium audio is priced by text length. Replaying audio already created does not use more credits.

After you buy a pack, premium audio you already created keeps its original quality even when your balance reaches zero. Some packs also include a listening period for screen-off playback.

What’s new

Speak now says what went wrong. Some devices set another assistant as their voice input app, which blocks VoiceCards from using the microphone at all — you now get a clear explanation and a shortcut to the setting that fixes it, or a plain note if the device can't do speech recognition. Network, microphone and unsupported-language problems appear on screen too, instead of the mic quietly doing nothing.
