About this app

MonRDV Pro is the mobile app for professionals who use the MonRDVPro platform.

From your phone, you can:

• view your activity and appointments for the day;
• view your calendar by day, week or month;
• manage, edit, complete or cancel an appointment;
• access your clients through a unified CRM record;
• search for a client and view their contact details;
• view their full appointment history;
• keep canceled appointments in the history as read-only records;
• create a client follow-up, job, drop-off or case, with or without an appointment;
• move each follow-up through statuses tailored to your business;
• notify clients automatically by email or SMS, depending on your settings;
• share a link that lets the client check the progress of their follow-up;
• open directions to the appointment address in the mapping app configured for your account.

MonRDV Pro brings together your calendar, clients and job tracking so that you can quickly access all the information you need, wherever you are.

A MonRDVPro professional account is required to use the app.

What’s new

Services are now easier to find and manage in the app, with categories and subcategories. You can also change the services on an appointment and enter a client’s address in the app. We’ve improved how free appointments are displayed, along with overall stability.
