This makes the second month that I have had a problem with this app. I try to open the app and it keeps saying " Failure to communicate with server, try again later" but it never changes. I keep trying later and it still says the same thing. I live in Smithville, is someone at MCEAP going to give me gas money to drive all the way out there to where they moved to so I can pay my bill or waive the $3.99 fee to pay by phone?

Needs some work. Entering dob skipped with next button. Have to use calendar. Hard to select. Ssn fields skipped with next button after first three digits.. Have to touch next field. Need ability to enter more than one echeck account..

App doesn't work. Save yourself time and just avoid installing it so you don't have to turn right back around and uninstall it.
