Monthmate holds back the bills you still have to pay and the savings you set aside, then shows what is left. That remainder is your spending allowance for the rest of this budgeting cycle, and a daily allowance for today. A new budget uses the calendar month. You can choose another start day in Settings, and that change begins on the next cycle. Payday is a reminder. It does not set the daily allowance.

After setup, on-device Premium features are available for 30 days. No payment details and no automatic charge. Your first completed cycle review stays available after the preview ends.

Premium is optional: $3.99/month, $24.99/year, or $79.99 lifetime (USD list prices; local store prices vary). Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, and existing lifetime owners keep access. Paid plans include the same on-device features: full reports, spending history, CSV import, and month-in-review. Cloud sync is not included.
