could've given it 4 stars, but here are the drawbacks that could be improved : 1. had very low cooperation with initial setup, but after that it worked well 2. Works only on merchant UPI, not on personal 3. Exchange rates are very low vs when doing top up thru other platforms. Other than that this app works great and can be a lifesaver for those who haven't setup Gpay.

The app is slow to launch, slow to scan and works about 80 percent of the time. I have been tripped up in places like for example the Delhi metro where it did not work in the ticket kiosk (at the airport). And you never know when it decides to not work reliably. Eventually I got tired and started to use cash more. Also the app doesn't seem to work with most app based services weirdly enough

I am changing my review to one star. A few days ago, the option to use my UPI disappeared from all the apps. My friend who uses this app is having the same problem. I have sent countless emails and messages begging them to help and have gotten no support. In fact, they keep marking my support requests as resolved due to lack of activity BECAUSE THEY KEEP NOT RESPONDING. Do not use this app. Use Chek. My friend who does has had no problems.
