This app was working just fine for awhile then last week, after I added money, I've been unable to use the app. It keeps giving me "unexpected error" message. I tried to request a refund and got a message saying it couldn't connect to the server. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but when I put in my number, it said unexpected error. I clicked the "need help" link and put in what happened. When I tried to send it, I got the "unexpected error" message. Don't bother with this app.

I wanted very much to use the self-service machine until I found out required navigating through this app paywall. I was met with constant "unknown errors" creating an account. Finally logged in only to see that it requires a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). In Europe, we already have contactless payment with banks. Why would I "top off" money from a credit card into an account only for vending machines? Completely the wrong experience for where it's being marketed.

Knows how to take your money, but getting a refund seems impossible to the point where this is just a scam. The app was a faff to link up and deposit some money into. Once that was done, it didn't work on location (maybe not the apps fault) so it was useless. Then I tried to get a refund for my deposited but unused money. Customer service told me a refund was on the way. 2 months later, it is yet to arrive. I've contacted numerous times now and am ignored. Goodbye to my money. Avoid.
