About this app

MooPayroll is the employee app for companies that run their payroll on MooPayroll. Sign in with the e-mail your HR department invited you with and everything about your pay, time off and working hours is in one place.

PAYSLIPS
- Every payslip you have been issued, newest first
- The full breakdown: basic salary, overtime, allowances, and each deduction line
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB shown separately, employee and employer sides
- Open or share the official payslip PDF

LEAVE
- Your balance for every leave type — entitlement, brought forward, taken, pending
- Apply in a few taps: type, dates, half-day, reason
- See who has to approve before you submit
- Track each application through its approval steps, and cancel one you no longer need

CLAIMS
- Submit a claim with a photo of the receipt, taken in the app
- Mileage claims with the company rate applied for you
- Remaining limit per category shown before you submit
- Follow a claim to payment and see the payment slip it was paid on

TIMESHEET — IF YOUR COMPANY USES IT
- Clock in and out from Home or the Timesheet tab, with breaks
- Your schedule for the week and the next 4 weeks
- Each day's hours and overtime, with the overtime approval status
- Missed a punch? Record it and send it for approval
- Location and a photo at clock-in only if your company turns them on — location is read at the moment you tap, never in the background
- Clock-in and clock-out reminders you can switch off

APPROVALS — FOR MANAGERS
- Leave and claim requests waiting on you, with the detail you need to decide
- Approve or reject with a remark, from anywhere
- My team today: who is in, not in yet, late or on leave

BUILT FOR MALAYSIAN PAYROLL
MooPayroll calculates EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB to Malaysian statutory rules, and the figures in the app are the same ones on your EA form at the end of the year.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR EMPLOYER
This app is for employees of companies that subscribe to MooPayroll. You cannot create an account in the app — your HR administrator invites you by e-mail, and the invitation link sets your password. If your company does not use MooPayroll yet, ask them to get in touch at [e-mail].

What’s new

- Attach a supporting document to any leave application — a photo from your camera or gallery. Sick leave (MC) now needs the medical certificate
- Claims tab shown only for companies that use the claims module
- Leave and Claims open on the last 60 days, with "Show older" for the rest
- Profile → Test push notification: sends a real push so you can see why a reminder did not arrive
- Android: clock-in reminders now reach Android phones; available on more devices
