Using for Mooer F40i. it worked for a week then got message which asked for an app update even though it was the latest version. I tried uninstall and reinstall but no effect. I then updated the firmware to the latest version and still the app fails to allow access to any of the amplifier resources. Tried factory reset and a host of other approaches but no joy. Now awaiting a response from Mooer and ideally a new update to fix the problem.

app worked perfectly for the first couple of months, then it started to kick me out every time i tried to use the app. tried on other devices, but that didn't help. paid good money for an amp i can now hardly use

After you lauched patch last night, it cannot access to preset mode. Both of andriod ans IOS. please fix it!
