Order items directly from your supplier or distributor anytime, without having to wait for a sales representative to come or reply to your chat. The prices displayed are based on your store's level — just select, add to cart, pay, and wait for the items to be shipped.

▸ PRICES ACCORDING TO YOUR STORE LEVEL
Each store has its own level based on your purchase volume. The prices displayed in the catalog are already adjusted — no need to ask again or calculate them yourself. The more you shop, the higher your level, the better the prices.

▸ AUTOMATIC DISCOUNTS IN CART
Promotions, coupons, and quantity discounts are automatically deducted at checkout. Buy more, and the price per item is lower — everything is calculated before you pay.

▸ PAY YOUR WAY
Bank transfer, QRIS, or e-wallet — choose whichever is easiest. After payment, upload proof of transfer and wait for verification. If there's a payment term, your order will continue to be processed within the agreed-upon limit.

▸ TRACK YOUR ORDER UNTIL IT RECEIVES IT
Every order has seven stages you can monitor: Ordered → Proof of Payment → Verified → Processed → Shipped → Received → Completed. No need to ask via chat — the status is always visible on the screen.

Large orders can be shipped multiple times depending on warehouse availability. Each shipment has its own tracking number and can be confirmed individually once the items arrive.
