I purchased their new Planet lamp & majority of the features are not compatible with the lamp. I can't make any custom themes, despite this being a key feature listed on the Planet lamp. I can only select one static color. I can't use the paint option at all. Themes doesn't load anything, doesn't let you change anything. I hope this is a temporary bug & gets fixed because it's the main reason I purchased this lamp.

Waited weeks for these lights. Bought Moonside Lighthouses.Both lights are DOA. I have tried different plug. Different cables. Different outlets Even a different cell phone. The cheap remotes they send have no charging indicators or anything to let you know they are even working. No troubleshooting tips on their website. Then to top it off , I finally got one light to show up in the app, shows connected, says it's on but it's not. light does nothing. TERRIBLE

Terrible and buggy app, has been ignored since March so I'm losing hope for this prpduct. I had the problem where the app immediately closed upon opening it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked the first time. Then when that didn't help I tried all that and also cleared the cache. Then that helped but now the app runs but will not even find my device anymore. Now I'm afraid I'm stuck with my current lighting options.
