No drivers available when I tried to use this app. Months later after providing all of my bank information I still can't get my money back. Total scam. Even more concerning they ask for SSN to validate ID, at best I've had $25 stolen from me that I can't transfer out of the app, at worst they've stolen my identity with their bogus app. Update: Over two years have passed and still cannot reclaim my money. Going to the "Cash Out" option just leads to a screen that endlessly spins a loading wheel

UPDATE 09/25: This app is garbage. I was in Tanzania, and there's no drivers available. After booking it would say 'Driver Details will be Provided in 2 mins,' but then it'd say no drivers available due to high demand (yeah right). Oddly enough, its rate is 3x cheaper than the big "U." That might have something to do with the poor adoption rate. Not once did this app succeed in getting me a taxi. I read the articles online about Moovn's push in Tanzania, but this is a disappointment.

App doesn't work. I downloaded it almost an hour ago, couldn't sign up with any of my google account and now I can't get passed the verification code step. I've been checking my email and texts, nothing has come through.
