Hey! Moovr I really appreciate the convenience of scooter/e-bike but I rate your app 3 star because your customer service is sucks they doesn't respond to my issue about the top up. Also you need to put withdrawal on your app so that if people can't use their remaining balance they can withdraw instead of pushing people to use top up. What if they don't want to use the apps anymore. And also we can't use our moovr below 100pesos 😡. You need to change your system so that people can enjoy.

1. Poor customer service. I sent an email on March 4, but until now there's been no reply. 2. The phone holder doesn't fit all types of Android and iOS devices. I don't know why they didn't buy the adjustable one. If you put your phone in the basket, it will just bounce inside the basket because the roads in BGC are rocky! 3. No helmet. It is stated in the app that you shouldn't use a bike or scooter without a helmet. But all of them don't have any available helmets!

The scooters/bikes themselves are really convenient for someone who is always on the go. However, a lot of issues occur with the app and their units, and sometimes these can cause unnecessary deduction from your wallet. It is also worth mentioning that a lot of money grabbing penalties are present, and for some reason these are left hidden from the users (sure these are in the T&C but who reads them nowadays?) Lastly, customer service is BAD and makes you feel that users aren't really their prio
