The gadget is good but the customer service is one of the worst i have ever seen. It took me 3 days to be able to reach out to a customer service representatives. At some point, i was told there was no customer service representative on the queue to assist me, and this was even on a monday! Terrible experience!

The customer service is good but your products are so restricted.You should consider allowing daily payment and also developer options for developers.Also the device should unlock itself when payment is made even on paybill

I really like how mophones improved the app paying directly without struggling looking for the paybill and also the customer care agents are very friendly 👌
