About this app

CoatMap is an app that allows you to check the adhesion status of mold release agent and measure film thickness.

How to use it: First, place markers that serve as color conversion standards at four locations on the mold.
Use a smartphone with CoatMap installed to take a picture of the state after applying the mold release agent.
By converting the captured image using CoatMap, you can obtain the adhesion status and numerical film thickness information.
The film thickness is thick in the red part of the image, and becomes thinner as it approaches blue.
You can also set the range and arbitrary points you want to measure, and it is also possible to obtain the average value of the film thickness.
