About this app

Yadocho is a booking and income/expense management app for vacation rental and villa owners.

You can see your "true net profit" at a glance, after deducting booking site fees, cleaning fees, and expenses.

■ For those who:
・Operate on multiple sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Rakuten Travel, Ikyu.com, Jalan, etc.
・Even if you can see your sales, it's difficult to understand "how much is left after deducting fees and expenses."
・Want to keep accurate records of accommodation history for tax filing and monthly reviews.

■ Main Features
・Booking Recording: Manually enter accommodation fees, booking sites, and check-in/check-out times. Net income is automatically calculated based on the commission rates of each booking site.
・Double Booking Warning: You will be alerted if booking periods overlap. This prevents "double bookings" when operating on multiple sites such as Airbnb and Rakuten Travel.
・Push Notifications: You will be notified by push notifications of new bookings and scheduled check-ins. Prevents missed confirmations
• Email Import: Automatically imports reservation information from reservation confirmation emails (supported sites)
• Automatic Income and Expense Aggregation: Aggregates sales and profits by month and property. Check trends with graphs.
• Expense Management: Records cleaning costs and other expenses and reflects them in profit calculations.
• Multiple Property/Member Sharing: Manage each property and share with management members.
• CSV Export: Export recorded reservation data as a CSV file.

■ Pricing
• You can try all functions for free for 14 days after registration.
• After the trial period ends, it will be view-only. To continue using the service, please subscribe to either the Standard or Premium plan.
- Standard: Unlimited reservations, up to 2 properties
- Premium: Unlimited reservations, unlimited properties
- Refer a friend and both you and the friend will receive a free 1-month subscription.

■ About Payment
- Subscriptions are available monthly or annually (please check the price on the plan screen within the app).
- Payments will be charged to your Google Play account.
- Automatic renewal will continue unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can cancel your subscription through the "Subscriptions" section of the Google Play Store.
