Very bad service from Mosambee and HDFC 1st of all take too much time to install machine now my amount is not credited in my account and when I ask Mosambee the tell me to ask from HDFC and HDFC tell me to talk Mosambee , HDFC a good bank but in case of POS very bad and non cooperative staff they also not give proper response to the branch manager also and this is not only my problem almost every one in my area facing different type of issue but not proper solution now I think to go with ICICI bank and their POS .
Cant recall customer mobile number incase customer forgets his card at the store
Auto login Feature is missing. That would save my as well as coustmers time too... Looking forward for this feature.
