Glad to have a local Etsy with a great community of craftspeople and artists. So many payment options + a good reward system and it's easy to communicate w/ the experts and to customize orders. Although, the OVO payment option isn't working for me, and i wish i can still switch between payment methods before payment is made (like in tokped) instead of having to cancel orders. It would also be nice if there was a search feature when i'm viewing experts' services.

I've used this for a couple of weeks now and I have a couple of complains and suggestions. 1. The app load time is way too long. I can't even open my profile for a solid 5 minutes. 2. There is no 'sort' option when looking for a product. It makes it hard to search for a suitable product. 3. There should be a 'preview watermark' (similar to what deviantart has) to protect our works as an artists since they're stolen a lot. People could've traced their order without even paying.

So i love love love the idea and products they currated. This is my go to ecommerce app to shop things that spark joy. Just seeing all the cutesy artsy stuff makes me happy and inspired. BUT the buggy app is the one that ruins the experience. It shuts without reasons multiple times. I have to click numerous times to add stuff to my wishlist. And i would love if they have a 'follow' feature so i can save my favorite stores and creators. Please fix this so we can enjoy your app more.

In every hello, there is a goodbye.

Because with this feature, you can delete your account permanently which means:
Remove your account from Moselo
Delete all transaction history
Remove your products from Moselo
Delete order history

Don't worry, you still have 30 days after deleting your account before all data is permanently deleted, but your product still cannot be purchased unless you request re-activation.
