Ratings and reviews

The app's great and smooth, just needs a few tweaks. It's really cluttered, make it simpler. There are too many options, it's overwhelming and confusing. So, fewer options, clean up every page, especially trade, portfolio, and homepage. Let us disable unnecessary tabs like "more". Charts don't have time frames like 2, 3, 4hr, etc. Also, about that extra chart tab, like when I open a Nifty chart and want to open Banknifty alongside in the chart tab, next time I have to do it again.

No fully functionality of features. App shows option for OFS application but when you go to OFS tab on app, it always says "no ongoing OFS available" even though OFS is live to apply. they have added buttons/tabs to show they have facilities but in reality it is gimmick only. one can not actually use it and do it like traditional way i.e. call your franchisee and apply through them.

I had a bad experience, don't use this app. I opened the Rise app, i filled in all the details, 3rd step they asked and added money. I thought I completed the process, and added 2000 money. my account is rejected. my amount didn't get returns. I spoke about the customer service, they said they spoke to the backend team, they will solve the 2 to 3 days, my amount will come. I added money on April 23, today's date may 19, till now they didn't solve my problem, my amount didn't get returned.
