Most small businesses run their customer messages through one phone that lives in one person's pocket. When that person is out, customers wait. Nobody else can see what was promised, and nothing is written down.
Endelir puts that number in front of your whole team. Everyone signs in with their own account, everyone sees the same conversations, and you can see who is handling what.
What You Can Do
• Read and reply to every customer conversation from your phone
• Send photos, documents and voice replies
• Dictate a reply instead of typing it
• Send an approved message template when a customer has gone quiet
• Assign a conversation to a team member so two people never answer at once
• Leave private notes on a conversation that only your team can see

• Get a push notification the moment a customer writes in

Built Around The Messaging Rules, Not Against Them
Business messaging has a 24-hour reply window. Once a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. After that, only an approved template will reach them. Endelir shows you which conversations are still open, counts down the ones about to close, and switches you to templates automatically when the window has passed. You never send a message that silently fails.
For Teams That Already Use Endelir
This app is the phone companion to your Endelir workspace. Accounts are created by the business owner at dashboard.endelir.com. There is no sign-up and nothing to buy inside the app, and the app never opens or requires the WhatsApp app on your phone.
