About this game

A little fox needs a careful route home. In Mossstep Trail, visit every stepping stone exactly once and enter the den with your final step. Move horizontally or vertically through 80 distinct woodland puzzles in a layered paper-art world.

Tap a neighboring stone to move. You cannot revisit an earlier stone or enter the den too soon. If your route gets stuck, undo a move, restart or ask for a hint. Hints find a complete route from your current position and explain when you need to backtrack.

Earn three stars without hints or undo, two with up to two hints, or one for any completed trail. There are no timers or limited lives.

Play, Continue, Levels, Settings and How to Play are available from the familiar main menu. Continue restores your full route, hints and undo count. Settings control sound effects, haptics and optional highlighting of available steps. Resetting progress asks for confirmation.
