About this app

This is the official app for controlling the MOBE Motion Bed with your smartphone.

■ Please Note First

This app is available for MOBE Motion Beds purchased starting June 2026.

Products purchased before that date are not supported.

You can connect to the bed via Bluetooth to adjust the height of the upper body and legs, recall frequently used positions all at once, and set a wake-up alarm so the bed wakes up on its own in the morning.

■ Key Features

· Position Adjustment
The upper body and legs move while you hold down the button. They stop in place when you release your hand.

· Preset Positions
Recall five frequently used positions with a single button.

- Zero-G: Zero-gravity position

- AntiSnore: Snoring relief position

- Lounge: Reclining position

- TV: Ideal position for watching a screen

- Flat: Completely flat position

· Save Wake-up Position
After adjusting to your desired angle, press and hold the Wake-up button for 5 seconds to save that position to the bed. The wake-up alarm will move the bed to this position. · Wake-up Alarm

If you set the time and day, the bed will move to the saved wake-up position at that time.

Since the alarm is stored in the bed's control box and executed directly by the control box,

it operates even if you close the app or your phone is far away from the bed.

· Notices and FAQ

You can check troubleshooting methods for connection issues and contact customer service within the app.

■ No Login Required

You do not need to sign up or log in. You can use it immediately upon opening the app.

We do not collect or store any personal information that identifies the user, such as name, email, or phone number, on our server.

We also do not collect advertising identifiers or location data.

Connected bed information and alarm settings are stored only on your phone and will be deleted along with the app if you delete it.

■ Please Check Before Use

· You must connect to the bed via Bluetooth to operate it.

· Please connect to the bed once after changing the alarm. Changes will only be reflected in the control box once it is connected.

■ Safe Use

· Please ensure that hands, feet, or pets do not get under the bed or in gaps while the bed is moving.

· Do not use the position shift function if there are objects nearby that could get caught.

· If the wake-up alarm is turned on, the bed will move automatically at the set time. Please inform anyone sharing the bed in advance.

· The wired remote control attached to the bed operates at all times, regardless of the app or Bluetooth.

Keep it within easy reach.

· This app is not a medical device. It cannot be used for the purpose of diagnosing, treating, alleviating, managing, or preventing diseases.

· The alarm may not function due to circumstances such as Bluetooth connection issues or power outages.

Please use a separate alarm method for important schedules.

■ Permissions Requested by the App

· Bluetooth: Used to search for and connect to the bed.

· Location (Android 11 and below): Location permission is required for Bluetooth search on these versions. It does not collect or use actual location.

· Notifications: Used to inform you of the wake-up alarm time.

· Accurate Alarm: Used to display notifications on time.
