Ratings and reviews

The application seems pretty solid. Pros: Displays the tracked movement well and intuitively. Voice feedback works well Easy to work with on the lift to look at how a run went. Cons: The connectivity issue needs to be worked out (seems to happen often when you are working with other Bluetooth devices like steaming the voice feedback to earbuds/phones which I think most do). Had to get boot trackers to reconnect while on the slopes. This is a problem and some may return for that reason alone.

The Android app is definitely still in early stages. I've had an issue where it didn't detect anything for a free session, it stopped with audio cues while I was mid training, and it has errors trying to load the runs that it did record. I'm on Google Pixel 3 XL. Update: App crashes whenever I try to stop a training after completing it. When I restart the app, all progress is gone. ALL. Even sessions from earlier in the day that had managed to record.

I'm unable to generate any run data. Whitelist enabled, app locked...all looks good but it recorded nothing to my Galaxy S9. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but that'll have to wait until the next time I can try it. UPDATE late 2022: After emails with support and transmission of some data retrieved from my CARV unit, it turns out I had a bad footbed. Once I received the replacement, the device seemed to work well at the end of last season.
