it's gotten better this year, but it it still loses data from time to time, and usually, it seems like it's on one of your best days you are having. The other big problem is that the system seems to have a problem with counting turns and seems to break down a lot of the runs into multiple runs on a run that should be considered a single run. From the ski lifts, a lot of times, I would verify my turn count against the carv count, and a lot of times, it would come three or four turns short.

Borrowed an iPhone last season to use it, just tried setting it up on my S10 and it didn't show any of the data from last season (not a big loss, but not an encouraging sign). Charged up the units and paird them, went through the calibration, right boot seems fine, left boot despite several calibration attempts shows the boot doing the opposite of the actual motion on the screen. Maybe it will log correctly when I get on the mountain, but I don't think they are calibrating correct.

I'm unable to generate any run data. Whitelist enabled, app locked...all looks good but it recorded nothing to my Galaxy S9. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but that'll have to wait until the next time I can try it. UPDATE late 2022: After emails with support and transmission of some data retrieved from my CARV unit, it turns out I had a bad footbed. Once I received the replacement, the device seemed to work well at the end of last season.
