This is a timer where instead of using a default sound on your device, you can record a message or your own sound. Based in the time you set the times goes off playing your recorded sound. It works well for motivation during the day or reminders, or re-enforcing yourself for something. It can be used to remind you to focus when doing work by stetting the timer every few minutes to play your record. For exercising you can use it to remind yourself on the correct form for an exercise that you have trouble with. For example, 'keep your hands up.' 'bend your knees'. The list is endless. It can also be used for fun.
