About this app

MotoDomi Driver is the official app for motorcycle drivers working with MotoDomi, the courier and delivery service in Bucaramanga and Floridablanca.

With this app you can:

RECEIVE ORDERS NEAR YOUR LOCATION
When you're on duty, you'll receive notifications of available orders. Accept or decline with a tap.

NAVIGATE TO THE PICKUP AND DELIVERY POINT
Map with the optimized route to the origin and destination. Direct button to Waze or Google Maps if you prefer.

MANAGE MULTIPLE DELIVERIES AT ONCE
If your area allows it, you can handle up to 3 simultaneous orders (except for food, which is exclusive).

VIEW YOUR EARNINGS IN REAL TIME
Each delivery adds to your earnings. The app shows you the daily, weekly, and bi-weekly totals. Payments are made every 15 days.

CONFIRM DELIVERIES WITH A PHOTO
Take a photo of the delivered package for proof of delivery. It syncs with the dashboard of the company that ordered the shipment.

YOUR DATA IS PROTECTED
We only share your location during active deliveries. We never track you when you're off duty.

SPANISH-LANGUAGE SUPPORT
If anything happens, call or message operations directly from the app. We'll respond in less than 5 minutes during business hours.

REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A MOTODOMI DRIVER
- Own motorcycle with current SOAT (mandatory traffic accident insurance) and technical inspection
- Valid A2 driver's license
- Colombian ID card
- Android smartphone (version 6.0 or higher)
- Live in Bucaramanga or Floridablanca
