LEX OEMConfig is an administrative application for configuring Motorola Solutions LEX family devices including LEX L11 and LEX L30 Android devices using Android Managed Configurations.
It provides an interface for Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) administrators to set custom device policies and configure device features for which no Android Enterprise API is available.
LEX OEMConfig app and associated schema is published as a public app to the managed Google Play Store and it is available from the EMM console. The app and the schema must be used together to configure LEX L11 and LEXL 30 devices from the EMM console. The schema defines the functions available for configuration and provides the data necessary to present the corresponding data-driven UI for configuring those functions. This mechanism allows Motorola Solutions to make a new schema available as soon as new device features are available for use.
NOTE: The LEX OEMConfig schema provides configuration options. Administrators can select the appropriate configurations that should be applied to each device depending on the needs of the user. The Release Notes are on
