The Auto On-Site feature automatically updates a ticket's status when the user enters a geofence created using the site's coordinates. (This feature requires location services to be enabled and the necessary permissions granted on the user's device.)

I have the wrong password everytime i try to login. i can't update any case. I get too many nasty emails from motorola needing updates, status changes, when the app won't let me. I get blamed for not taking the training when I have and have proof. and when I call direct to motorola to make changes with a live person.

Works great when it works. It's been unusable for weeks now. Apparently there is an issue with an upgrade that's in process. UPDATE, I have forwarded screen shots and details to support. They are working to resolve the issues, but so far we are still waiting for resolutions.

Please allow the user to stay logged without having to constantly log back on. If the MSI gmail account can stay logged on indefinitely, this app should be allowed to as well. The sync doesn't work, log off, and log back on to receive updated incidents.
