GPS Configuration
For those employers who have enabled GPS capabilities, the Motus App will automatically record business stops, populate location details, and calculate trip-by-trip mileage. In addition to the key features listed above, GPS-enabled users benefit from the following:

App logs me out while in the middle of trips sometimes. Also, currently having to update my vehicle info and disclosures and I get a blue button to "save vehicle", I click it and nothing happens. The app just sits there, it is not hung up or stalled because I can back out of the disclosures but then have to start over for it to do the same thing again and again. Motus chat bot is worthless. What happened to getting help from a real person?

I have this installed on my work phone (which I can't leave reviews on). Mileage displayed is always less than what I actually drove. Besides my car odometer, I have a GPS tracker that shows time and mileage for each trip and the Motus mileage is less than that too. Also, since the latest update it randomly stops recording without any warning. Please fix these issues, I am losing money because your app is inaccurately recording mileage!

I work 6-7 days per week, with variable hours. I set the app (on my iPad) to record 24/7. If I'm working, my iPad is with me. It will record every trip for weeks, then just stop recording. I can go days without realizing that it doesn't record. These apps are paid for by businesses to track/reimburse employees. Those businesses don't care if the app is accurate. The app saves them money.
