I do not like the new look with this update. The old look was more compact and easier to view. Mileage tracking recorded is always 1/10th of a mile short of actual mileage, so it adds up shorting you. If you're doing manual mileage reporting, it sometimes doesn't find the address you need and/or only finds a similar address in another city and there is no way to fix or add it for your city, so you have to find another address nearby. Also, it does not allow you to avoid toll roads or ferries.

I learned to never use the automatic trip capture when I had Runzheimer and had no problems with it capturing the entire trip and not stop mid trip, however after submitting my January mileage and taking a trip I have gotten at least 20 notifications "1/1 trips successfully uploaded". It had erroneously captured a trip after 5pm AFTER I had closed the app, even though I did not manually start it and DO NOT have automatic trip capture. When I called customer service it says they are closed, call back when they are open but don't list their hours. Gee, it seems like they don't want you to call!

Glitchy. Probably works great if you have 3-4 set locations you commute between. Does not work well either going to isolated locations or places without addresses. Using navigation while the app is running is problematic. Motus is an energy hog and GPS navigation locks up. You can't tag your current location while adding a missed leg of a trip. The desk top can add addressed locations without GPS verification. The desk top doesn't allow for back filling missed stops.
