The new version is not allowing appointment section, no matter what you do. Disappointing experience so far with this new update. If any one has a solution, please let me know

I’ve been facing a login issue for almost two years and despite calling the helpline every week nothing has been resolved. The staff keeps transferring my call from one person to another and the answer is always the same, We will call you back. Unfortunately no one ever does. If you cannot hire competent technical support to solve long-pending issues,i am more than willing to help you with proper hiring and process improvement. Otherwise should I take this same complaint to Facebook & LinkedIen

13 Dec 23. I could not receive my access code for over 4 minutes each time I logged in. When it come the 2 minutes time limit had expired. I reloaded the app, rebooted my phone, tried different WiFi. Nothing helped. i was trying to scheduled a Dr. appointment. Finally started working 6 pm.
