My first experience with this app on android and I am disappointed. After downloading and registering, it sends an otp for registration completion but when the otp is entered there is an error. Please fix this bug.

The hospital and facilities are good, but communication is difficult sometimes. The token number at the pharmacy is in Arabic only. It is a problem for nonarabic personal. Arabic and English will be heighy appreciated.

App is not working. Takes time to load and unable to book an appointment. It also unable to send messages.
